The 7 Year Tribulation Misconception

By: Robert Hunt
.
Many biblical scholars’ and teachers refer to Daniel’s 70th week as the so-called 7 year tribulation, and they believe the son of perdition will commit the abomination of desolation in the middle of this seven year period.  I, too, agree that the future man of sin will commit the abomination in the middle of the seven years, but this 7 year period is not the biblical tribulation.  It’s true that the abomination of desolation will occur in the middle of Daniel’s 70th week, but it will also precede the actual tribulation period.  Therein lies the problem; and referring to Daniel’s 70th week as the so-called 7 year tribulation has done nothing but confuse a lot of sincere believers who are seeking God’s truth. THE READINESS RAPTURE: It’s not just another Rapture theory

By Robert Hunt
.
This may seem kind of strange to some, but when I got saved in the summer of 1989, the Lord told me I was going to write, even though I wasn’t even a writer then.  I’ll spare you the long story of how all of that unfolded, but, yes, it was strange indeed.  Nevertheless, after many years of diligent study I would go on to publish a book, which isn’t really all that uncommon these days.  But what seems really odd, even to me, is that my book also contains a brand new rapture theory that just seems to have developed accidentally.  I mean, it was never my intention to create a new rapture theory.  The thought had never even crossed my mind.  This new theory just seemed to happen somehow, when I was breaking down the scriptures and writing my manuscript, which took seven years after many years of study.  In fact, I didn’t even notice the new theory until I finished proof-reading the first proof-copy of my book.  I was checking for errors before it went to print and that’s when it finally hit me! Why the Cosmic Signs of the Son of Man and the 6th Seal occur at different times

By Robert Hunt – Oct. 28, 2017
.
Many scholars believe that Matthew 24:29-31 and Revelation 6:12-15 are speaking about the same event and time.  At first glance they may appear to be the same event, but I’m going to show how they are different events that will occur at least two (2) weeks apart.  This is important to know because many believe the rapture and second coming will occur on the same day.  This blog post will blow that theory right out of the water.  Let’s begin by comparing the two passages of scripture below. Why the Sign of the Son of Man is the Rapture – not the Second Coming

By Robert Hunt
.
No doubt, the rapture has become a very controversial subject among Christians, and some don’t even believe it will happen.  The apostle Paul called it a profound mystery.  Christ’s disciples asked Him for the sign of His coming and the end of the age (Matt. 24:3).  Yet many scholars today don’t believe that Matthew 24 has anything to do with the rapture, but only the second coming instead.  Many other scholars believe it relates to both, the rapture and the second coming.  But what if both of those beliefs are incorrect?  Suppose the sign of the Son of man and the gathering of His elect in Matthew 24 is only the rapture, and not His physical second coming to the earth.  That would change everything, right?  But wait, there’s more, a lot more!

The Apostle Paul also mentioned different Rewards for individual Believers

By: Robert Hunt – August 5, 2017
.
We don’t often hear much about this, but as I was connecting some dots, as I often do, this just seemed to fall right into my lap.  This post will introduce some new details relating to the rapture as well as provide more scriptural evidence in support of the different rewards (cold, hot & lukewarm) believers will receive when Christ returns.  It also serves as confirmation for my new rapture theory that isn’t very well known at this early stage, but that may change as we draw nearer to the time of the end.  For those who have never heard of my new “Readiness Rapture Theory,”  I have provided a link at the conclusion of this post.

RAPTURE TIMING: Which theory is more correct (Pre, Mid, Post-tribulation or Pre-wrath)?

By: Robert Hunt – July 23, 2017
.
If I approach this subject the wrong way it would likely open up a can of worms that could possibly endure until kingdom come.  Therefore, instead of declaring which position is correct, which is something that cannot even be proven until this glorious event actually happens; I can only say which position I believe best fits the scriptures, and why the others don’t.  I’m writing this for those who are overwhelmed by this subject, because I know that most pastors do not preach much about it.  But since I’ve been following/studying Eschatology for about 27 years now, it’s time spill the beans about all of these rapture theories.  Additionally, I have recently designed a new theory which isn’t listed above, and has no such prefix attached to it (Readiness Rapture Theory).  It goes much deeper into the rapture issue with more details, even addressing some issues the other theories fail to mention, namely the three different rewards believers (cold, hot & lukewarm) will receive when our Lord returns, which is altogether another issue entirely. Parable of the Sower: 3 types of Believer and their Rewards

By: Robert Hunt – 6/17/2017
.
The parable of the Sower is much different than most other parables.  And like many other scriptures, sometimes we can get a much deeper meaning when the Holy Spirit reveals some of the deeper hidden truths.  In the parable of the sower below, the Lord shows the condition of the heart of all those who hear the gospel, by relating four different types of ground in which the seeds were planted.  These show four different types of people and how each one receives His message; but what’s really interesting about this particular parable is that when you look deeper into it, you can also see the end results.  Christ gave His disciple’s the interpretation of how each type of ground receives the seeds when they are first planted, but we can also go deeper by viewing the harvest that each type of ground produces.
